The organiser creates a club and gets a 6-digit code. Share it in WhatsApp, as a QR code or a link.

Plan
Create a one-off or repeating session. Everyone gets notified and taps Going, Maybe or Can't. Full? They join the waitlist.

Day before
Players get a reminder. The organiser sees who's coming and who hasn't paid yet.

Play
Generate fair doubles pairings in one tap. Players enter the score courtside — winners are recorded automatically.

Players tap “I've paid” and the organiser ticks it off. No more spreadsheets.

Win rate, best partner, head-to-head and the leaderboard update on their own.

Questions
Is the app free to use?+
Founding Member Access: free for the first 500 users. Lock in free lifetime access to attendance, payment, rank tracking, running stats, and Zumba logs before public subscription pricing begins.
Will there be ads in the app?+
No. We believe in a clean, distraction-free experience. The app is 100% ad-free for all users, now and in the future.
Does the app take payments?+
No. It only keeps track of who has paid. Money moves the way your group already does it — cash, PayID or bank transfer.
Who can see my information?+
Only members of the clubs you join. Clubs aren't public or searchable. We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
How do people join my club?+
Share your 6-digit club code or invite link. Players sign in with Google or email (or Apple in the iPhone app) and enter the code — that's it.
Is there a mobile app?+
The iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Until then, PlayArc works in any phone browser, so you can use the web app today.
Which sports are supported?+
Badminton, pickleball and running are built in, and organisers can add any other sport: tennis, cycling, a bushwalk and more.
